1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.

2. Tour Participation

  • Guests must be 5 years or older to attend Shen Yun performances.

  • Guests aged 5–18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Participation in the tour indicates agreement to follow guides’ instructions and itinerary.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • Tour dates and itineraries may be subject to minor changes due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events.

  • If the tour is canceled by the organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics), a full refund will be provided.

  • Personal cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

4. Liability

  • RuYi Travel is not responsible for loss, injury, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control.

  • Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is included in the tour price for all guests.

  • Guests are encouraged to review the insurance coverage for emergencies, medical needs, or trip interruptions.
