1. Tour Cancellations by Organizer
If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemic-related issues, a full refund of the tour price will be issued.

2. Personal Cancellations by Guests
If you cancel the tour due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price will apply.

3. Changes to Booking
Any changes to dates or tour packages are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply depending on the change requested.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Optional upgrades (business class flights, spa services, private excursions)

  • Personal expenses during the tour
